The Importance of Rapid Eye Movement Sleep
You may be going through polyphasic sleeping. You're not talking about the quality of sleep either. One night probably won't do anything to you. I'm more interested in compound interest. If we don't get the clearing out of these toxins for one night, okay, but let's just say you're not sleeping for five nights out of the week for a year and two years. What happens? Just like compound interest. And this is what then happens to that. We see a decline in cognitive functions, thinking, our processing speed.
