The Argument for a Nutrient Density Diet

There's a huge movement saying that animal foods are in fact the most nutrient dense, and in particular organ meats. But if you go through the full spectrum of nutrients that humans require, they're much more diverse than those found in animal products. So when I describing a nutrient diet, it has to do with having a variety of nutrients for slow aging which require a high amount of antioxidants and phytochemicals from plant derived foods.
