You can let go of that visual and just let your mind wander for about 30 seconds before we wrap up. Notice whatever is supporting you, whether it's a chair or the floor or something else. Notice the air on your skin and any sounds going on around you. Take one final deep breath in and as you exhale, slowly open your eyes and just take a second to collect yourself. And then you continue moving forward along your path of life into this brand new day.
