If this is a short term relationship, if you're not going to deal with those people as much again, it's okay to say, hey, you know what? We're changing this. This is great. And I can hear some people listening and they say, listen, this sounds nice Tatiana, but I'm in the real world. Things need to happen. They need to happen quickly. And so that's why I'm so tactical and just moving quickly. People just need to get over it.
