When we think about consistency here, we're talking about like the Chaldini highlighted consistency principle. If I can align what I'm asking with what you've said, what you've done, what you believe, it's easier for you to say yes to me. Consistency isn't about Brian always answering his email same day, calling back the same day, following through. When I do those things, it is surely a benefit. It makes me trustworthy. So that's really the difference.
