Do You Have Six Hours a Week to Train?
If you have six hours a week to train, reduce your training in frequency by one day a week. But compensate for that by making one of your rides twice as long. I want togt at least one ride out of you where you stretch yourself horizontally. And i think what also has seen with the really elete athletes is they have supreme confidence in their plan. It tends to be the world champion doesn't need to chase down forty year old people on an easi run,. You know if someone runs past them on it's funny, i'll let them rock them.
