Fritz: I look at my net worth once a year on December 31st. As part of that, I refill bucket one. And if you remember, the bear market really didn't start until late January into February. So I sold stocks because at the time my asset allocation for stocks was growing. It's important to note the quarterly refilling has paid dividends, bad bond, but it did.
