Lower dose is clearly safer, right? Less potential for amazing effects as well, but less potential. And there are people who on weirdly small doses can get into some pretty wild stuff, both good and bad. Techniques that involve a tremendous amount of energy and power generally not as safe as techniques that involve just gently settling into what is right here right now. But those are all generalizations.
