The Diverse Types of Trading Operations We Work For
We're in the hedge fund domain. This ranges from multi-strategy hedge funds which have a multi-manager type of approach. We don't really hire for arcades where people bring their own money. The prop Xs are certainly not our main customers. They tend to go and find their own people. I do think that there is going to be a push back into prop trading.
