Acting as if you're extraverted or happy, my quo, dont quote, work. But that doesn't mean it works for everyone and it's a hundred % and it lasts forever. Let's at least unpack why it might work a little bit for some people sometimes. One of them is that those behaviors themselves have a causal down stream benefit. So i think that there are multiple reasons why acting as if you were happy might work.
