The body is one of the most complex systems we have, adapting to stressers. The more things that you put in to make an algorithm robust, the more chance there's going to be leaks. This is as old as the fountain youth, which was around five centuries before jesus christ. People always wanted the thing that is going to unlock energy performance in health, and it is the same stuff, just in different packaging.
