Exercise for Depression and Anxiety

There are guide lines for physical health and physical well being. You can get that in 30 minute brisk walk, or in ten minute bouts of exercise. Even just a short movement break every 30 minutes is enough to increase blood oxygenated flow to the brain. The research on exercise for depression and anxiety tend to focus on three 30 minute sessions at a moderate intensity. And so i try to draw links for people so they know that, you know, moving the body is really it will heal the mind.
