The Importance of Choice in a Relationship

I think I really struggle with the idea of like even working on a piece of writing or a song or whatever and it not like it feels like everything you work on should have like a product at the end. Sometimes when you spend a lot of time on something and then it doesn't turn out to be like the next podcast episode you release or the next song you release and it kind of just like sits in the background, you're like what was the point of all my effort on that? It's hard not to feel like but what was the purpose of that if it never turned into something tangible. Totally. Be honest with myself about that.
