Wen dout, snatch and cleanin press would be a good supplement to paraletes. The full extended hand stand push up is the killer exercise for those in that sort of thing. Mdo maxs elset into the handstand pusher. I can't do an ill sit from the floor - i don't kow if it's cause i'm not strong enough or my wrist hated.
