Ukraine, i have seen three revolutions in the life of just one generation. The revolution in armenia, revolution in georgia, attempts for for similar protests in ballaros. And so we see the shaken of the political regimes. Andthe ulting institutions are not actually stronga. They are not capable to, i win, a broad legitimacy of the masses. This creates the grounds of even more revolutions.
