Parker Gail: We just had a sense that yes, we don't need a CFO right now. You know, we have a good handle on the numbers and they were doing a fine job. But our sense was the sooner we can make this hire, the better off we're going to be six months from that. And it's allowing us to do, you know, accelerate M&A and maybe some other future investmentsthat maybe we would have been nervous to.
