SS Brew Tech - A Lab in Charles's Garage

We didn't have a brew house or anything like that because it wouldn't fit in Charles's garage and so we would go around to local breweries. We were really into having controlled experiments with homogenous work making sure that all the fermenters were the same. So we would mix it up with this big drill and send it to the different fermenters and then we would do controlled experiments where we would add different yeast strains.
