The Different Types of Pelvic Floor Dysfunction
Pelvic floor can play a part in constipation, back pain and sexual dysfunction. The most common sign is leaking when you're lifting or jumping but it could also be things like urinary retention. Some of the pelvic floor muscles actually connect to the femur to the pelvis and are part of hip rotation. So if someone's having some of those symptoms, it could be related to the pelvic floor as well.
