After reading the book, i got to work tracking how i talked to myself throughout the day. I took notes in my phone about the inner monologue that was running in my head. So at the end of the day, i realize i did not say one positive thing to myself. And this is disappointing end. Like, i know i'm joking about it, but it's allso sobering,. "I'm 31, is i should be a little better than that"
