Is the Being in a State of Neutrality?

When i say that the being is in as state of neutrality, i mean a state of moral neutrality. I've granted that it will experience more suffering. And yet the state before it exists is neutral, and therefore existing is still than non existing when you compare the two scenarios. What i'm denying is the ability to say of the being that doesn't exist that the fact that it's not suffering is good,. But rather because the lack of suffering for someone who doesn't exist is neutral compared to the suffering of existence.
