So from a rehab standpoint, you want that as well, in addition to not de training so make sure yo ave the equipment. Make you have te space. Ah, if you don't have the equipmet u nough to get more creative. Ah, but you know, i have not yet found a scenario where there's literally nothing i can do. Ah, it's just, how creative can you get?
