How to Recover From a Marathon
I've been taking it pretty slow. The week after Tokyo we actually went to Korea for about six days. We did quite a bit of walking there which I think really sort of helped flush my legs out and so yeah midway through last week started running mileage building up. Just introduced a couple workouts last week really really light ones and just see how it goes. You know you can be excited but don't want to rush back too quick. If you if you run a marathon and have a good feeling throughout the whole race you might be more keen to start up earlier ramp up earlier because you might not be as fatigued afterwards.
