Are You Dominating Your Team?

Assume that i's a leader. Most likely we probably are. How am i domineering? And then ask them this, what could i do to make sure everyone has a chance to offer their wisdom? What could i do? Getting the insight and the wisdom from your team matters more than you can imagine. If you're the only one bringing direction ideas, you will be the sealing on your organization.
