In our practice, we see three new patients a day. So on the doctor part of the side, that represents three half hour appointments for the new patient experience. The thing is step one to making progress is to block it off starting six months ahead. Once the airline tickets are good, you have to go on the trip. You can't just back away anymore. It's just not refundable ticket.
