How to Do the Good Morning Correctly
The position of the back squat and the Good Morning look pretty much the same at the start. When I teach 14 or 40 or boys the Good Morning, they start doing that weird Good Morning back squat after a few days. Kyle: If you do decide to do easy straights, good mornings, make sure the first two weeks so we're doing about eight weeks,. Make sure the first 2 weeks are done with really reasonable loads and really excellent technique.
