How to Use a Light Mat for Interviews

i use those for a little for probably four days of this i was doing just just so many interviews and i wanted them all to like look different but we didn't have a big budget obviously it's like a documentary. Those were just so easy to put up by by myself or i did have a grip for that one. I really want these for is being able to get overhead for indoor situations because it's just super adaptable.
