How to Make Recovery Happen

I always get this question of like we'll recover all the time how can we make recovery happen. I mean ultimately that ties in perfectly with everything we've been saying about fatigue which is that we want to avoid it rather than deal with it once it's happened. If you're trying to mitigate fatigue mechanisms you're training actually it needs to look a very particular way. Once those particular fatigue mechanisms are in place there's nothing you can do to actually stop them. And instead of thinking I need to replenish glycogen make sure I'm going into this workout adequately adequately fueled to perform it and that also falls in line with some common sense stuff.
