What's the Signal to a Debt Crisis?

A lot of these like clear bank style loans They actually have first right on the revenue So they take the money right off of the top of your Shopify revenue. What would actually happen first is the company goes out of business Right and so what what the signal is going to be is not going to be The loan default rate in many cases because they get all the revenue coming in first And so maybe that helps the lenders not go broke like the fanny may freddy mac folks But what it does is the businesses suffer and they can't pay it.
