Is It Better to Move Than Not Move?

You hit peak bone and muscle mass in your 20s and 30s. Most women don't even think about sarcopenia until they're in their mid 40s. Muscle loss of aging impacts insulin sensitivity significantly. As you continue to lose muscle mass, you will become less and less insulin sensitive. It's better off investing in ensuring that you are lifting weights throughout your lifetime than being a cardio body.
