The Paradox of Self-Worth

People who are vulnerable to low self-worth around which may well be an act, a kind of shell of pretentiousness and being impressive. When people feel truly worthy inside, when they feel truly lovable, then they don't have to keep proving it. Lizards don't struggle with low self- worth. They're non-social creatures. It's a mammal. Including primates. And you can see behaviors in our primate cousins, like chimpanzees, let's say, even rats. They will be devalued socially and as a social manipulation. Then watch what they do is they'll go off and pick on another rat or another monkey that has lower self-esteem.
