The Sales Context Isn't All the Answer
All of this stems from the lack of comfort we have with the whole process. We aren't sure what kind of person to hire. We don't know how screen em very well. And so then when we're stuck with a situation where it's not working as intended, we're looking for some more definitive answer. It's just interesting how we scurry from discomfort by running to data when we should be thinking carefully. Data isn't all the answer, especially in a sale's attribution setting.
