The Importance of Having a Unique Voice

Every organization within that industry should look and sound the same if they don't have a distinct sense of identity. So I think this is an opportunity to bring that pendulum back to the middle then to say our organization. How are we different from our closest competitors? What makes us unique maybe in terms of the services that we highlight, as well as the tone of voice and the look and feel that we bring to it? It's something that helps make decisions easier for your target audience. That takes stress off of them. And I think that's something that everybody needs right now.
