Do You Have a Power Lifting Workout?
If you're going to take 10 or 12 different loads that squat workout is going to be pretty hard so I would keep everything else into that more like that around that total of maybe 15 to 25 reps at most 25. Three sets of five is fine two sets of five will be fine too if you're really pushing the score. If your kettlebells go up to 45 kilos you know 100 pounds you're gonna have to make to go from five pounds in five pound jumps up to 100 and sets of five is a very reasonable thing to put together.
