How to Train Abdominal Strength
Train your movement system to be able to handle a lot of resistance. Your abdominals do to prevent your back from hurtingr getting over ascende as they contract, and they pull the your rib cage and your pelvis closer together. But mainly, they don't pull them together to concentrically contract. They ecentrically are iso ly contract to resist extension. So that concept of stability, preventing movement that you don't want, can be incredibly powerful and valuable for people who have different disfunction and all.
