Do Women Do Better With Fasting?

People who are overweight or have more mass to lose can do a little bit better with fasting. And i also think that women do much worse with fasting. We see fasting significantly impact female harmon ome. But these high performing tos, you're right, they are athletes,. and they do need to take into account if they're able to focus during their their meeting, their board meeting, their presentation, their training, their physical training, all of the above. When keton levels start increasing and the brain can use keton bodies as energy a you don't wance, it's at that point where i get concerned.
