Recovering From Overtraining

The study did identify 45ish markers that they were able to use with 100% accuracy to diagnose overtraining syndrome. Just because like your marker isn't on their list doesn't mean that you know, you're okay. It's more you have to look at it more holistically to kind of get the full picture of it, right? Kind of jumping ahead then to like recovery. I mean, recovering from true overtraining for some athletes cannot like be like a month to years long process,. depending on how deep you are into it.
