Is There a Difference Between High Fat and Polyunsaturated Fat?

When it comes to hepatic fat that the type of fat matters a lot. Omega six polyunsaturated fats reduce liver fat and modestly improve metabolic status without weight loss. A high omega six polyuns saturated fat intake does not cause any signs of inflammation or oxidative stress. And mono unsaturated oil seem to be healthy. So we do need to restrict our saturated fat, but most studies suggest they're not as bad as people are saying.
