When i was in s as, i actually broke my ankle solim. In those six months, i tell you something, i did not stop. Just because you've got one injury on one leg doesn't stop you from working out. And it was because i could work up the other areas of my body that kept my mental health, you know, really stabilize. An injury can be an absolute downhing spiral. You can get so depressed, e, and you can get really down.
