I talk about luke garrik in the book, and they were like, one of his team mates was like, he was the greatest man who ever, whoever walked the earth. And then the man was liked, reporters like, wy wel, what did he do? He went to bed, he got up early. That is what i think amazing about discipline is that by focusing on these kind of ordinary, basic things, you have the ability to be elevated and to be extraordinary.
