How to Measure Success in Product Development
It's a common mistake, I see in product teams, like even when you start with anything, an experiment, it's very important to know ahead of time how you're going to measure success. If you already know that this is going to be the next step, you will take no matter what's the result, then you should probably even jump or skip the test you're doing. It might be for some companies, but I tend to start with where's there going to be a more immediate impact, and that by working on that thing, it can get us to premium in the future.
