If you were doing three days a week as opposed to four, is there anything tricky about that that changes or is it still? Full body day does get a little tricky. Your main movements first, your big compounds, heavy compounds,. I usually don't do power on a full body day because it's already going to be a longer workout. So just start off with the maximal strength.
