How Do We Score the Success of Our Marketing Team?
The way companies score the success of their marketing team gets driven by, usually by marketing. This leads to a biased set of metrics that makes marketing look like they're doing more than they are. So i'm suggesting a sort of more simplifyed ad. We recommende scoring it on the amount of revenue that gets created throuh the website. If you do generate conversions through your web site that are high intent conversions, people there saying, came from i want to talk to your sales ar about buying this stuff now. I want pricing. I want something like that. Those people will have shorter sail cycles, higher wind rates, significantly higher pipe line velocity and lower customr acquisition cost.
