It's really important to remember that you don't want to give people either praise or criticism about sort of fundamental personality attributes. And then so that's sort of avoiding winding up in obnoxious aggression. In today's environment, I'm sure that's not going to fly super well. But who knows where you'll get away with it? It's surprising what happens in today's advice and unpredictable.
