Is There a Minimum Threshold for Arobic Training?
Sprint interval training, the high intense interval training thatyouan get t in shorter durations. If you only have 20 minutes, that's a great starting point. If you have 30 minutes, fine, work your way up. And if you don't have time for it, ah, you need to do some soul ching. But from an exercise standpoint, we really don't need that much exercise to increase our fitness.
