How to Be a Better, Bigger Player

If we talked not financial subs but percentiles for a decent-sized national campaign, the fee to do an advertising test would be six grand. For six grand, you can effectively be better, bigger players just by being smarter and spending six grand on releases. The best length for an ad is 30 seconds; there's almost no five-star ads on our database that are 10 seconds. This is the case against doing your big 60, 90, and all that kind of thing. We have looked at 8,000 ads at the length of the average star score. It drops at 20, drops at 10, but it also drops at 40, at 60, and 90, and so on
