There's a lot of recognition now that I'm seeing that wasn't happening maybe a year or two ago where the virtual assistant is interacting with a, with a customer in multiple channels. And it seems to me that financial services industry is the most mature in that thinking. A lot of them have now focused probably more on trying to solve for more kind of like burning use cases,. Would you concur with that or not? Oh, yeah. Mm, absolutely. Go to add on a little bit more. Peter actually brought up a really good point around the virtual system living in every channel where a customer might enter. Right.
