Community health partners, those are individuals we hire from the communities we serve. They're not clinically licensed but feel like their job is to sort of understand what's going on for people. The other bucket of our workforce though is clinicians. We range from primary care doctors, addiction treatment specialists, and palliative care physicians. It's a very interdisciplinary approach to care that leverages the power when you get everybody in the same room.
