The Importance of Strength Training

The size of the vertebra in cross-sectional area is linked to its strength. There's just a size difference, men being bigger, and it's basically the size difference. However, training now makes a big difference. You train heavy. And you get tiny little fractures,. Now that is a very minor micro compression fracture. Is that a good thing or is it a bad thing? The only one is different. If you create that micro fracture and then train again in two days, it takes longer than two days to gristle those micro fractures. It takes about five days.
