Phil says his first ever job was a Saturday job at a chain of stores which is long gone Called McFisheries. He enjoyed working with customers actually It was my first experience of customer service But it was hard work and some of it sort of deeply unpleasant in the sense that the Saturday boys had to do all the weekly deep cleaning And that wasn't particularly nice Phil: "I relished that autonomy"
