The Catcher Is the Only One Who Sees the Field
The catcher is the only one who sees the entire field. The pitcher gets all the credit or all the blame, but it's the catcher who's thrown him the signs. If your out fielder has to run a long way to make a play, and you think he's winded, go out and talk to the pitcher so that you can let your outfielder catch their breath before the next batter. I mean, so it was, i'd remember it being very tactical. And i'm a little kid going, i can do that.
